Apartment Facilities.

The apartment is fully self contained with fridge, oven and cooktop and washing machine. There is under cover parking for two vehicles under the apartment. Upon entry you enter the main kitchen and meals area and lounge area which is equiped with TV and DVD. There is aslo a double fold out sofa bed. From here there is a view and small balcony across to the main street and Erskin river. Upstairs on the mezzanine floor is the bedroom with queen bed, TV and DVD. Next to this is a seperate bathrom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The apartment will accomodate 2 persons with a maximum of 4.
